5-Ingredient Beet Powder Vegan Ice Cream!

Organic Coconut Milk Powder


with Red Beet Powder Organic Coconut Milk Powder

Prep Time: 15 min

Cook Time: 3 hrs

Westpoint Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of Red Beet Powder
  • 1/2 cup of Organic Coconut Milk Powder

Other Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Hot Water
  • 3 Bananas
  • 1/2 tablespoon of Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tablespoons of Maple Syrup (Optional)


1) Reconstitute coconut milk powder into cream by mixing with hot water.
2) Blend bananas and coconut cream in a food processor until smooth. Add in beet powder and vanilla extract. Include maple syrup for additional sweetness.
3) Pour mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for 3-6 hours. Serve and enjoy!
