We are looking for a packer to join our warehouse team.

Essential Duties:

• Packing bulk food products
• Bring product from warehouse to packing table
• Bring heavy product (over 30lb) from warehouse to packing room for retail packers
• Check quality of products
• Measure and mix products for Westpoint blends
• Pack bulk products into bulk bags (1-10kg)
• Seal bags and boxes
• Apply correct labels to packed products
• Return packed products to warehouse shelf
• Unload products when shipments arrive
• Unpack shipments and restock warehouse shelves
• Rotate stock in warehouse
• Keep products and equipment tidy and organized
• Maintain written records on products packed
• Clean and sanitize packing equipment

Required Skills & Experience

• Able to lift 25-50lbs on a daily basis
• Able to work quickly and multitask
• Attention to detail
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Warehouse or food industry experience
• Spoken/Written English

Benefits are offered after six months. Applicants must be willing to wear a hairnet and lab coat and adhere to strict personal hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00 /hour

Job Location:  Vancouver, BC. We are located in South Vancouver, just a 5 minute walk from the Marine Drive Skytrain Station.  Applicants must live in the Greater Vancouver region.  We do not sponsor work visas.
