  • Description

Our Raw Pumpkin Seeds are olive green in colour with a nutty flavour. They are flat and oval in shape. Pumpkin seeds are natural and excellent snacks that are rich in fibre, magnesium, zinc and antioxidants. They can control blood pressure, regulate blood sugar levels, and reduce heart disease risks. On top of that, pumpkin seeds are also excellent sources of tryptophan, which is an essential amino acid that the body converts to melatonin – a sleep hormone that aids in better sleep.

  • Uses

Pumpkin Seeds can be roasted or enjoyed raw. Combine pumpkin seeds with dried fruits and nuts to make a hearty trail mix. You can also toss them into salads or sprinkle them on top of cottage cheese.

  • Storage

When stored in a cool (preferably less than 16˚C) and dry location (less than 65% humidity), shelf life is approximately 9 months. Pumpkin seeds should be stored in a tightly-covered container in a dark, cool and dry place.
