Description
Organic oat bran is the hard outer layer of cereal, obtained from processing clean, hulled, and kilned organic oats. Oat bran can be cooked and served as hot breakfast cereal or as an ingredient in baked goods. It does not contain any additives or preservatives.

Bran from organic oat groats.

Directions
Stir 1/3 cup of organic oat bran into 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil and stir frequently for 5 minutes. Serve plain with milk or yogurt.

Storage
Product should be stored in a clean, dry area at a temperature not exceeding 20˚C and 60% relative humidity. Under these conditions optimal shelf life is 6 months. Oat products absorb foreign odours readily and should therefore not be stored near perfumed products, soaps, detergents, cleaning solutions, or any such chemicals.
