Our shredded coconuts are obtained from the inner flesh of organic coconuts. They are then dried, shredded and unsweetened. The finish product is made up of fresh full fat white meat of a matured coconut.

Coconut contains less sugar and more protein than popular fruits like bananas, apples and oranges. Although it is not a significant source of vitamins and minerals, it contains moderate amounts of iron, zinc and phosphorous.

  • Uses

Dried, shredded coconut is used in both sweet and savoury dishes including cookies, cakes, macaroons, and curries. You can also sprinkle them on top of your smoothie bowls and oatmeals!

  • Storage

Product should be stored in a clean, dry and well ventilated area, away from direct heat and sunshine. Under ideal conditions (temperature not exceeding 15°C, with a relative humidity of less than 70%), shelf life is expected to be up to 12 months.
