    Historical use of chamomile dates back to the ancient Egyptians, historically it was used as an offering to the sun god Ra.

    The word chamomile is derived from the Greek word khaimelon which means earth apple, due to the scent of chamomile.

    Chamomile has many uses, it can help overcome feelings of stress, anger and grief. It can be used as a hair rinse to enhance the colour of blond hair. It is also said that a bath drawn with chamomile will attract love and prosperity.

    Soothe yourself Tonic
    1/4 cup Lemon Balm
    1/4 cup Rose Petals
    1/4 cup Tulsi
    1 tablespoon Chamomile
    2 cups of sweet white wine
    Place the dry ingredients in a pint size jar and cover with the wine. Cap tightly and infuse for 2 - 3 weeks, shake daily. Store up to one month in the fridge.
