    Brazil nuts are large seeds harvested from enormous trees in the South American rainforest. The brazil nut is also known as the Para nut, butternut, cream nut, or castanea. They have an unusually tender, rich and mild flavour.

    Raw brazil nuts are perfect for snacking, baking, and cooking. Their flavour goes especially well with chocolate baked goods.
