    This is prepared from clean, hulled and degermed yellow corn kernels. The flour is light-yellow in colour and has no extraneous matter.

  • Uses

    Corn flour is very light and best used in combination with other flours. Try substituting up to 25% corn flour in recipes such as pancakes, muffins, cornbread, and biscuits.

  • Storage

    Product should be stored in a clean, dry and well-ventilated storage area removed from direct heat and sunshine. Under optimum conditions (temperature not exceeding 15°C or 60°F, with a relative humidity of 65%), shelf life is expected to be 12 months.
