  • Ingredients

    Textured soy protein, corn meal, tomato, potato, salt, onion, garlic, chili, hydrolyzed soy protein, canola oil, paprika, cumin, oregano, celery, red bell pepper.

  • Directions

    In a large pot, bring 2½ cups water to a boil. Add 1 cup of chili mix and stir well. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 8-10 minutes. Stir occasionally to keep from sticking. For traditional chili, add 1 cup of cooked beans (red kidney, pinto, or navy). Makes 4 servings.

  • Uses

    Vegetarian Chili Mix can be used to make chili, as a taco shell filling, or to prepare “Sloppy Joes”.

  • Storage

    When stored in a dry environment, product is expected to have a shelf life of 6 to 9 months.
