Growing sprouts is like having a magic little miniature garden in your kitchen that grows the most perfect, crisp, refreshing, miniature greens of life. We love having our sprouting mixes available but our sprouting lid will make it so easy to sprout at home!

Sprouts are one of the easiest foods you can grow indoors. They require barely any space—if you can fit a Mason jar on your counter, then you have enough space. You don’t need any special equipment. And you don’t even need a sunny window! Sprouts are a veggie that everyone can (and should) grow.

Our sprouting lids are BPA-free plastic and are sized for a wide-mouth mason jar. Sprout lids are perfect for those using the jar method in sprouting. They work on wide-mouth mason jars, both quart and half-gallon size. This sprout lid is made of durable food-grade plastic that won't rust or tarnish. They are dishwasher safe.

    Here’s what you’ll need:

    - A wide-mouthed jar
    - A bowl or drain rack that allows you to invert the jar at an angle
    - A sprouting lid
    - Fresh potable water (filtered is nice but not necessary)
    - Seeds with good germination, preferably grown organically for human consumption. We have many sprouting mixes to choose from!
