  • Description

    Scotch oatmeal is milled from sound oat kernels, which have been cleaned, hulled and graded. They are milled to medium granulation and have been steam treated to inactivate enzymes which would otherwise cause a bitter flavour.

  • Directions

    Stir 1/3 cup flakes into 1 cup water. Bring to a boil and stir frequently for 5 minutes. Serve plain, with milk or yogurt.

  • Storage

    Product should be stored in a cool, dry area below 25˚C for a shelf life of 12 months.
