  • Ingredients

    White rice flour, tapioca flour, corn starch, guar gum, potato flour (mono and diglycerides, citric acid).

  • Directions

    This Flour Mix includes guar gum already in the mix so there is no need to add any additional gums to your recipes. It is recommended to add additional egg whites, gelatin, or skim milk powder to increase protein content as needed.

  • Uses

    This signature mix created by culinary pioneer Bette Hagman, is fantastic for lighter recipes such a pie crust or delicate pastries, especially in gluten-free recipes that requires plain white rice flour.

  • Storage

    When stored in a cool (preferably less than 60˚F) and dry location (less than 70% humidity), shelf life is approximately 1 year.
