Creamy Coleslaw

with Celery Sea Salt

Westpoint Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon of Celery Sea Salt
  • 1 teaspoon of Unrefined Coarse Sea Salt
  • 1 teaspoon of Organic Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup of Organic Parsley Flakes

Other Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of Cider Vinegar
  • 1 cup of Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of Sugar
  • 5 cups of Coleslaw Mix

Method

1) Combine and whisk together mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper and chopped parsley flakes.
2) Add dressing to the coleslaw mix and toss until moistened.
3) Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and serve.
