Over the past year we have received many requests for red quinoa, which we have been able to source in organic form. The difference between red and white quinoa lies mostly is the texture, colour and flavour: red quinoa has a slightly nuttier taste and stays firmer than white quinoa. It also has more of an al dente mouth feel.
